Mensura Associates Pty Ltd was founded by Kalvis (Kal) Jaunalksnis to provide consultant quantity surveying and construction cost advisory services in the construction, and property development and investment sectors.

Experience spans across many developments including residential, commercial, industrial, education, research, government, infrastructure, and civil works. Based in Melbourne, Victoria, Mensura Associates provides professional services Australia-wide and beyond.

Our aim is to contribute to the economic viability of the built environment for stakeholders and those involved in processes from project inception, through planning stages, the construction phase, project delivery, and financial performance optimisation of property assets.

Kal Jaunalksnis is a Certified Quantity Surveyor with over thirty-five years’ experience in traditional core competencies of quantity surveying. He specialises in building and construction cost planning, project post-contract management, contract administration and property capital allowance assessments (tax depreciation).
